Terms of service

The service

Testard is a console for cloud accounts and servers you already have. It reads inventory, metrics and costs from the accounts you connect and, where you allow it, starts, stops and restarts virtual machines. Testard doesn't host your infrastructure; your cloud providers do.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Organization admins decide who joins and what is connected.
• Only connect accounts and servers you are authorized to manage.

Your cloud accounts

You stay in control of the access you give Testard: read-only roles and tokens are enough for everything except power actions. You can revoke access at any time in your provider's console. Actions you trigger through Testard run in your accounts, and your providers bill you for your resources as usual. Testard isn't responsible for charges, outages or data loss in your cloud accounts.

Plans and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time in Plan & billing; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.
• We'll give at least 30 days' notice of price changes, which apply from your next renewal.
• Enterprise terms are agreed in a separate contract, which takes precedence over these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use Testard to access accounts you don't own or manage, to attack or overload Testard or anyone else, or to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Testard available and accurate, but it's provided "as is", without a guaranteed uptime unless an Enterprise contract says otherwise. Figures shown in Testard, including costs, are informational; your provider's bill is authoritative. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Your data

Your organization's data stays yours. We process it to provide the service as described in the privacy policy. When you disconnect an account or delete your organization, we delete the data we copied from it.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may end it with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious breach of these terms.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you're a consumer, you keep the protections of the law of the country where you live. We'll notify account owners of material changes at least 30 days before they apply. Questions: info@testardstudios.it.
